Raising growth capital to bring high-power charging to urban areas where 70% of drivers live
Dublin & Munich, January 11, 2021 – Jolt Energy Holdings Limited is delighted to announce that it has engaged Apricum – The Cleantech Advisory to advise and support its search for investors in its upcoming “Series-A” funding round.
JOLT, which has been principally funded through private placements during the last 3-years, is moving forward with an aggressive growth plan to be the primary provider of high-power charging in urban areas. The funding will be used to accelerate the growth of the company itself, as JOLT launches its ChargeMyCity campaign to finance and install 500 high-power chargers in 50 cities in 500 days.
Recently, JOLT concluded an agreement with EG Group of the UK; Europe’s largest independent fuel service station operator to install chargers at EG’s ESSO branded service stations, starting in Southern Germany.
