Maurice P. Neligan

Chief Executive Officer

Maurice Neligan is the Founder and CEO of Jolt Energy. He has 25 years experience in the automotive and power engineering industries, both in North America and Europe.

Maurice has held a wide range of senior management positions with companies like Siemens, Continental and Volkswagen Groups, holding both P&L positions as well as leading corporate business functions.

He grew-up in Dublin, Ireland, where he studied economics and business studies at University College, Dublin. He currently lives with his family in Munich, Germany.

Roland Gersch

Chief Technology Officer

Roland Gersch is CTO at Jolt Energy. He is responsible for setting the company’s technology roadmap and ensuring its implementation.

He is a physicist with a deep understanding of the charging software and energy businesses. He has worked at Siemens AG in management consulting and venture management and was CTO at Caterva.

Roland grew-up and studied in Cologne, did his PhD in Stuttgart and lives in Munich with his wife and 3 kids.

Michael Winter

CEO JOLT America

Michael Winter, co-founder of JOLT Energy, leads the JOLT Energy North America business expansion with over 25 years of experience in energy services and sustainability finance.

In the past, Michael served senior leadership roles with GE Energy and Hitachi Power Systems and most recently with Bank of America.  Michael is a military veteran having served as 2nd Lt in the German Air Force.

Born in Germany, Michael holds a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Technical Univerisity of Clausthal and a MBA from Union College, New York.  He has been calling the United States his home for over 20 years and currently lives in Boston, Massachusetts.

Johannes Nussbickel

Chief Financial Officer

Johannes Nussbickel is our Chief Financial Officer supporting all Finance, Controlling topics for Jolt Energy Group. He has over 20 years of experience as CFO, Finance Director and VP Finance in large multinationals but also with international medium sized companies in fast pace environments (telecom sector). During his career Johannes has worked for large corporations including EADS (Airbus), Oracle, Infineon Technologies and Tech Data. More relevant for his role at Jolt is his Group CFO engagement with international midsized software companies SUSE Linux (operating systems) and Orga Systems (business support systems for the telecom industry) with subsidiaries in America and Europe.

Johannes was born in Mainz, holds a M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering (TU Braunschweig) and an M.B.A. from the University of S.C., Columbia, USA). He has two children at university and lives with his wife near Munich.

Ingvar Ersson

Chief Sales Officer

Ingvar Ersson is CSO at Jolt. He has over 25 years leadership experience in international operations, having worked in Sweden, the United Kingdom and Germany.

Ingvar has held a wide range of senior management positions at Verbatim (subsidiary of Mitsubishi Chemical) where he was director of operations for EMEA, including production, supply chain and operational strategy.

He grew up in Sweden and lives with his family in Frankfurt, Germany.

Robert Greeley

Chief Operating Officer

Robert Greeley is the COO at Jolt Energy. He is responsible for overseeing our global charging operations, ensuring the successful deployment of our ultra-fast urban charging network, and guaranteeing customers the best possible charging experience.

Rob is an engineer who graduated from Cornell University and served as a nuclear submarine officer in the US Navy before embarking on a successful career with leading companies such as General Electric, Siemens, Atos, AIG, and Accenture. He will be based out of our US office.
