Hans Beck
Head of Strategy
Hans Beck is the Head of Strategy at Jolt Energy, bringing a wealth of experience in management consulting across diverse industries with a primary focus on mobility, e- mobility, and sustainable energy solutions.
Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in shaping innovative strategies that drive the adoption of cleaner, smarter, and more efficient mobility systems, leveraging his deep expertise in aligning business objectives with technological advancements.
Jörg Lohr
Managing Director & CEO
Jörg Lohr is the Managing Director and CEO of JOLT Energy, where he leads the expansion of ultra-fast charging infrastructure in urban environments. With extensive leadership experience across the energy, mobility, and technology sectors, he focuses on making high-power charging in cities flexible, scalable, and accessible at scale.
Prior to joining JOLT, he served as CEO of vaylens and Compleo Charging Solutions, both part of the KOSTAL Group, and held senior leadership roles at Amazon, IONITY, Allego, and RWE. In addition to his executive role, Jörg is a regular contributor to industry publications, a frequent discussion partner in professional media, and actively engaged in industry associations addressing key topics in electromobility.
