Petrol stations of the future: fuel smarter with EV charging

Know the feeling? Your first coffee is still steaming in its cup, your schedule is bursting at the seams, and a hurried glance at your EV's dashboard reveals a meagre 15% battery charge. In the past, that would have meant breaking out in a sweat and taking a time-consuming detour to the far edge of town. But we're leaving those days behind!

Welcome to an era in which your charging routine fits your life, not the other way around. The petrol stations of the future will no longer be waiting for you at remote motorway junctions. They will be right where your daily life already happens: in the heart of the city.

At JOLT Energy, we bring fast charging straight into city centres. Discover how convenient your daily journeys can be when you navigate traffic without range anxiety!

Why switching makes sense: the future of petrol and diesel prices

Anyone still hesitating today need only look at the economic realities. If you follow the news, you have surely thought about the future of petrol and diesel prices. All forecasts for future petrol prices point steeply upwards. Not to mention that fossil fuels are no longer a sensible solution in the face of global climate crises, increasing air pollution and tighter regulations.

The move away from combustion engines is inevitable. And it has never been easier! The goal now is to make your charging experience as efficient, quick and transparent as possible.

More than charging: the service stations of the future in your city

What do these filling stations of the future look like in practice? Innovative pilot projects such as Aral's filling station of the future offer an exciting glimpse of how traditional locations are changing with new services.

JOLT, however, goes one crucial step further for you. We install our state-of-the-art charging stations right at the places you already visit in your daily life: supermarkets, inner-city service stations and quick-service restaurants. Instead of making long detours, you can conveniently combine charging with your weekly shop or a quick lunch. Charging becomes almost an afterthought.

For you, that means charging your vehicle to 60 to 80 percent in a few minutes so you can continue your day without a worry, then conveniently completing the remaining charge at home in the evening.

Save time with cutting-edge technology

Your time is valuable. That is why we offer ultra-fast charging that makes your urban routine noticeably easier. Our state-of-the-art MerlinOne chargers deliver an impressive power output of up to 360 kW. For you, that means you can add up to 200 kilometres of range to your electric car in just 10 minutes.

Thanks to integrated battery storage, our charging stations act as an intelligent energy storage system that balances electricity from renewable sources in real time and stabilizes the grid. Alternatively, our ChargeBox system solution, with charging power of up to 320 kW, guarantees maximum speed at every stop. This means you can always count on getting back on your way quickly.
