JOLT Energy GmbH, based in Boston, Dublin, and Munich, was founded in 2018 by a team of automotive and power engineering managers with the goal of breaking traditional conventions of urban charging. At JOLT, we believe that e-mobility will only be successful if sufficient fast charging options are available. Our company is building a network of ultra-fast charging stations for electric vehicles in European and North American cities.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global EV Charging Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. This position is based in Munich, Germany, and is crucial for growing and overseeing our customer service, call center, and remote services capabilities, managing the central operations team, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues and high availability of our services.
Main tasks:
- Grow and oversee the company’s customer service, call center, and remote services capabilities.
- Manage the central operations team.
- Coordinate with and support regional teams with centralized customer support and remote administration services.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues quickly.
- Ensure high availability through remote monitoring and administration.
Main requirements:
- Experience overseeing outsourced call center services.
- Minimum of 10 years of operations experience.
- Experience with Enterprise Service Management or the ITIL / ITSM framework, specifically the Incident management, Problem management, Change management and Configuration Management processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; fluency in German is a plus.
- Strong process, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration skills.
