Key Account Manager – Fleet Customers (m/f/d)

About the role

As Key Account Manager – Fleet Customers, you are the central commercial interface between our company and strategic fleet clients (e.g. logistics providers, corporate fleets, mobility services). You own the customer relationship end-to-end and ensure that our offerings deliver long-term value for both sides. The role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and is closely collaborating with the leadership team as well as our product management, expansion and finance teams.

About the tasks

Key Account Management – Fleet customers

  • Identify relevant fleet customers in accordance with JOLT offering and promote JOLT offering
  • Manage and develop strategic fleet accounts
  • Act as primary point of contact for fleet customers throughout entire life cycle
  • Drive contract negotiations, framework agreements, and long-term partnerships
  • Monitor usage, performance, and commercial KPIs to proactively optimize customer value

Product management – Fleet offerings

  • Identify customer needs and translate them into scalable and commercially feasible solutions (product, pricing, business case)
  • Monitor competitive landscape (incl. pricing)
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (additional sites, power upgrades, digital services, promotions, ad sales)
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (site expansion, deployment, operations, finance) to ensure flawless execution
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and contribute to product and process improvement

Your Profile

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, or Business Development
  • Strong background in fleet business, energy, mobility, infrastructure, or SaaS is a strong advantage

Skills

  • Proven ability to manage complex, long-term customer relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working with technical products and explaining complex solutions clearly
  • Structured, reliable, and execution-focused mindset, proactive and able to thrive in a nimble, fast-paced environment.

Language & Location

  • Native in German, fluency in English; other European languages are a plus
  • Based in Munich, Germany, with flexibility for work-from-home arrangements.
